The role involves greeting guests, handling orders and payments, preparing items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring health and safety standards while supporting management and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16+ years old; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues and achieve team goals.
