Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service. The Team Member will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help keep the restaurant clean and inviting.

You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to uphold operational standards, help prepare food and drinks, and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with reliable communication and collaboration.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Minimum age 16; 18 for opening/closing shifts as applicable.
• Must have all documents/permits as required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds; maintains health and safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory; works at multiple stations as needed.
• Shows up on time for assigned shifts and follows dress and grooming standards.
• Works with management to resolve issues and supports team goals.
