Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members who will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Team Member helps ensure every guest experience is friendly, personalized, and delivers great food promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards, provide exceptional guest service, and support smooth service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16; 18 for opening/closing shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and handles issues.
• Operates a cash register, or POS, and uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/pack food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations and maintains regular attendance.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and collaborates with management.
