Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and address customer issues.
• Operate cash register or POS devices and use suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen areas, dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Stock inventory as needed and work at multiple stations.
• Attend shifts punctually and adhere to uniform policies.
