Job summary

Rackson operates BURGER KING restaurants in the US. The Team Member supports fast-paced service, prepares fresh foods, handles payments, and maintains restaurant cleanliness under the Restaurant Management Team.

The role requires a high school diploma or student status, 16+ years old, and flexible shifts including weekends/holidays. Occasional cross-station work and strong communication in Spanish/English are expected.

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Willingness to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to work across restaurant operations and multiple stations.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests warmly and ensures positive interactions.
• Provides menu suggestions and ensures accurate order preparation.
• Handles guest concerns professionally according to company policies.
• Processes orders accurately and handles payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Restocks and maintains inventory.
• Adheres to food and cash control guidelines.
