Job summary

Rackson is seeking a Team Member to support fast-paced restaurant operations and deliver a 5-star guest experience at BURGER KING locations. You will work closely with colleagues to prepare fresh food, take accurate orders, and process payments while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to company policies.

Qualified candidates are at least 16 years old, may be a current student or have a high school diploma, and must be available on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Available to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help guests.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests warmly and ensures positive interactions.

• Provides menu suggestions and ensures accurate order preparation.
• Handles guest concerns professionally, following company policies.

• Restocks and maintains inventory.
