Job summary

Rackson is seeking a Team Member for BURGER KING locations in the Norwalk area to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain food quality. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and help keep the dining room clean and well stocked.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, may be a student or have a GED, and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Bilingual Spanish/English communication is a plus, and a positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Preferred current student or high school diploma/GED.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Available to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests warmly and ensures positive interactions.
• Provides menu suggestions and ensures accurate order preparation.
