Job summary

Rackson is hiring a Team Member for BURGER KING® restaurants in the United States. You will work in a fast-paced environment across stations, delivering guest service, preparing fresh food, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness.

Preferred candidates are students or graduates 16+, able to work weekends and holidays, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal communication in Spanish and/or English.
• Self-motivated and action-oriented.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests warmly and ensures positive interactions.
• Provides menu suggestions and ensures accurate order preparation.
• Handles guest concerns professionally, following company policies.
• Processes orders accurately and handles payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
