Miss J's Cafe at LV Petroleum Travel Centers in Niagara Falls, NY is hiring energetic Team Members to prepare fresh food, deliver excellent service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and drivers.

You will greet customers, take orders, prepare items, operate kitchen equipment, and handle payments while working with a team during fast-paced shifts. Training provided, flexible scheduling available.

Formación

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required — we will train motivated candidates.
• Positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Prepare menu items including sandwiches, salads, soups, and daily specials according to Miss J's Café standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, ovens, blenders, toasters, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Handle cash and payments accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and receiving deliveries.
• Work cooperatively with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
