Panera LLC is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in the Town of Gallatin to bring warmth and joy to every guest interaction. You will be responsible for executing various duties within the bakery-cafe such as greeting guests, assembling salads, soups, and sandwiches, and maintaining a clean environment.

The ideal candidate is at least 16, enjoys working with food, and has strong communication skills, with opportunities for career advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for specific areas within the bakery‑cafe (e.g., Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
