Responsibilities
- Execute duties in assigned areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier,Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.
- Greet each guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
- Be informed about daily priorities, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up for the next shift.

Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Clear communication and quick comprehension of directions from guests, managers, and team members in a loud environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a love for making people smile.
- Passionate about creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to multitask.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
- Enjoy working with food; food service experience is preferred but not required.
