Responsibilities
- Execute duties in assigned areas within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Assemble fresh salads, soups and sandwiches with care, accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay on the move – assist guests at entry, cashier and dining areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
- Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

Qualifications
- Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods and work in a loud environment.
- Clearly communicate and understand directions from guests, managers and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for making people smile.
- Passionate about creating moments of comfort, connection and joy for every guest.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Completed basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
- Experience in food service preferred but not required.
