Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth during each guest interaction, delivering excellent service.
- Execute duties in your specific area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency—no assembly lines.
- Assist guests throughout entry, cashier, dining areas, staying on the move.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
- Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 16+.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile.
- Passionate about creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment with multitasking ability.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic food safety understanding and practice training completed (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
- Enjoy working with food. Food service experience preferred but not required.
