You will serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, delivering excellent service in all circumstances and creating meaningful experiences that keep guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Execute duties in your specific area of the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency—no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food.
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
- Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude—every guest receives our best.
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

Qualifications
- Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Clear communication and quick understanding of directions in a loud environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make people smile.

- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
- Enjoy working with food. Food service experience is preferred but not required.
