Responsibilities

• Execute duties in your assigned area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency – no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude to deliver the best to every guest.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up for the next shift.
• Deliver excellent service in every circumstance as a brand ambassador for Panera Warmth.
