Responsibilities

• Serve guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, welcoming them at the entrance and offering assistance across all service areas.
• Execute duties for your assigned area within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency—no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude, ensuring every guest gets top‑level service.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 16 plus and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods and communicate clearly in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food safety knowledge and training; Food Handler’s Card required by law.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.
