Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and oversee Brand Training Programs.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed.
• Create a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute new product rollouts including training.
