Job summary

Wings Over Bonham in Bonham, TX is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will coach and monitor team performance, assist with scheduling and opening/closing, ensure food quality and safety, resolve guest concerns, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced culture focused on hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily restaurant operations and shift management.
