The role involves daily restaurant operations, coaching staff, ensuring quality and safety, and helping with hiring and scheduling. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
