Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.

• Ensure product quality and operations standards are delivered.
• Partner with GM to create plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and order product accordingly.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning.
