Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to drive hospitality and daily restaurant operations across shifts. You will supervise teammates, delegate routines, uphold food safety, and ensure excellent guest experiences while supporting store performance with managers.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, inventory, cash handling, orders, and training team members. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to CAVA's values.

Qualifications

• Coach, develop, and support cross training of Team Members as business grows.
• Open and close restaurant operations and manage food orders.
• Conduct inventory and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Ensure hospitality and quality service for guests.
