Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Waco is seeking a dedicated Leader to guide a dynamic team, uphold service excellence, and model positive values across all restaurant operations.

You will coach and train crew, manage shift flow on Front of House and Kitchen, ensure compliance with standards, and create a welcoming environment that fosters teamwork and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment for everyone.
• Coach, Teach, and Train Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Maintain personal knowledge of Chick-fil-A standards from training, stay up-to-date on in-house communications, initiate communications with team personnel to ensure compliance.
• Work in both Front of House and Kitchen Roles to serve guests with excellence.
• Create Emotional Connections with guests.
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Open and/or Close the Restaurant leading the shift as a key holder.
• Identify and mobilize solutions for process execution gaps and/or areas that need attention.
• Use technology to place orders, give feedback, troubleshoot problems, and support restaurant operations.
