Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
• Coach and supervise employees with a positive, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Support General and Assistant Managers in daily duties.
• Lead shifts in FOH and BOH to ensure service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients.
• Ensure procedures are followed per Operations manual.
