Grinders Above and Beyond in Ohio is seeking leaders who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy a fast-paced, fun team environment. This role supports General and Assistant Managers and helps operate the restaurant day to day.

You'll lead shifts in both front-of-house and back-of-house, coach staff, and ensure that all steps of service are met. Experience in restaurant management is preferred; we offer above-minimum starting pay, holiday bonuses, and benefits.
