Grinders Above & Beyond in Hillcrest, OH is seeking restaurant leaders who are passionate about hospitality and teamwork. The role supports General and Assistant Managers, leads shifts in both front and back of house, and coaches staff to meet service standards.

• Lead shifts in FOH and BOH to ensure service standards.
