Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Valid DL in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Willingness to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and manage staff schedules.
• Recruit, hire, and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure health, safety and food handling standards are met.
• Create a fun, family environment and promote internal promotions.
