Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to head a multi-talented team under the General Manager. You will focus on staffing, training and scheduling to build and retain a 5-star team while maximizing guest satisfaction.

You will coach and develop crew, identify top talent, ensure food safety and smooth operations, and help drive sales and store profits. Must be flexible, lead in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of years of experience leading people, preferably in a foodservice environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff with a focus on staffing, training and scheduling to build a 5-star team.
• Identify 5-star talent and place the right people in the right roles.
• Coach and develop team to create a fun, inviting work environment where staff feel respected and valued.
• Support General Manager in people and operations aspects and ensure high-quality food service every day.
• Contribute to increasing store sales and profits and represent Wendy's to prospective hires.
