Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, productive work environment and staffing plans.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching and performance reviews to staff.
• Respond to guest concerns and turn issues into positive experiences.
• Enforce sanitary practices and compliance with laws and policies.
• Help manage costs and drive sales with the management team.
