Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager in Ringgold, GA. The RAM will assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervise the team in the RM's absence, and ensure all standards are met.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting interviews, overseeing food safety, cash handling, and daily paperwork. The role requires strong communication, integrity, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability during all hours of operation.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, stand, and lift up to 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members; conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with Brand, Company and health department regulations.
• Direct team on food preparation and presentation; monitor cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-period paperwork; communicate discrepancies to supervisor.
