You will lead a diverse crew, train new hires, oversee daily operations, and help drive customer satisfaction while upholding quality and freshness. Eligible candidates should be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure food safety and quality.
