Cafe Rio Mexican Grill in Vineyard, Utah is hiring an assistant manager to lead a fast-paced kitchen and dining room team. You will drive guests' experiences through strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and a commitment to fresh, made-from-scratch food prepared with passion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest service.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 15+ employees.
• Ensure food safety, quality and the brand standards are consistently met.
