Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is hiring an assistant manager in Utah (Orem area). Join a fast-paced, fresh, made-from-scratch concept. You’ll lead a team, provide coaching, and help deliver great guest experiences while growing your own career.

We offer eight weeks of hands-on training, bonuses, PTO, free meals, health care, and retirement benefits. Candidates should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be ready to lift 50 lbs and manage a team of 15+.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; may exceed 40 hours.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
