Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Chatsworth, GA. This part-time role supports the Restaurant Manager, leads team members, and ensures compliance with brand standards.

You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and uphold food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. The RAM handles admin duties when needed and strives to meet financial and operational metrics while living Circle K values.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours and pre-opening/post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and handles housekeeping duties.
• Directs team; ensures food is prepared and served to standards.
• Cascades information and assists with new product training.
• Plays a role in placing campaign materials upon request.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory; completes shift/end-of-day paperwork.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/periodic admin duties.
• Ensures safety, unlocks safe environment for guests and team.
• Completes incident reports and supports metrics with RM.
