Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager who will focus on guest experience, high‑quality food, restaurant cleanliness, inventory control, staff scheduling, safety standards, and teamwork.

You'll manage a staff of 4–12, assist in planning events and promotions, coordinate training, help with product ordering and inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations across day, evening, and weekend shifts. Compensation is to be discussed depending on location.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a restaurant operation is required.
