Job summary

Subway Team is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, focusing on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff supervision.

This role involves managing 4–12 staff, planning events/promotions, coordinating training, and ensuring safety standards. It’s a hands-on leadership position with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional, and appealing.
• Control inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Maintain safety and security standards in the restaurant.
• Operate and assist with the POS system as required.
