Flynn – Applebee’s is seeking a Team Lead/Key Hourly to manage day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while maintaining safety and quality in service and food preparation.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, and guests.
• Capable of using POS and Back Office computer system.
• Should be a certified trainer in all positions for either FOH or BOH.

• Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
