Job summary

Flynn Applebee’s is seeking a Team Lead/Key Hourly to manage daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction at our Minnesota location. You will lead, train, and coach staff, ensuring smooth service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to company standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest experience and teamwork. Competitive wages and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Capable of using POS and Back Office computer system.
• Should be a certified trainer in all positions for either FOH or BOH.
• Exhibits leadership qualities among the hourly employees.
• Must obtain District Manager/Market President approval.

Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Fosters a culture in accordance with Flynn – Applebee’s values.
• Maintains product prep and presentation to company standards.
• Receives products and ensures invoice accuracy.
• Promotes restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation on a clean-as-you-go basis.
• Interacts with guests and coaches staff to deliver great experiences.
