Job summary

Flynn Group's Flynn Applebee's brand is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, drive guest and staff satisfaction, and champion company standards. You will lead a team, solve problems, and stay poised under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure timely service, monitor inventory, schedule staff, enforce safety and sanitation, and maintain brand quality while developing your team through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit.
