Flynn Group is seeking an Applebee’s Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure every guest has a great experience. You’ll oversee inventory, scheduling, and cost controls while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management, strong leadership and problem‑solving, and the flexibility to work weekends. Certifications like Serve Safe are a plus, and candidates must be able to stand for long periods and lift up

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and inspire the team.
