Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring at Rogers Embassy Suites in Rogers, AR for a full-time role in hotel sales and events. You will respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate catering and event logistics to drive successful outcomes.

The position emphasizes building relationships with planners, hosting site tours, and maintaining key account activity while collaborating across operations and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in event services, banquet operations, hotel sales, or marketing.
• College coursework or experience in sales, marketing, front office, or supervisory roles (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Delphi, FDC, or Marriott CI/TY a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to client inquiries (within four business hours) and turn conversations into profitable Rooms and Catering business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event materials—from menus to meeting layouts—to help planners envision successful events.
• Prospect for new business through calls, networking, research, and community events to keep the sales pipeline strong.
• Host site tours and build relationships with planners, showcasing the hotel and creating memorable first impressions.
• Coordinate event details including rooming lists, BEOs, and communication with operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through consistent communication, follow-ups, and client entertainment.
