Job summary

Burger King in Rosharon, Texas is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor to help lead daily operations and deliver great guest experiences.

You will develop leaders, monitor service speed, train new team members, manage schedules, and ensure quality and cleanliness while meeting financial goals. Must have a high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience; open to all shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
