Qualifications

• Lead the team daily while promoting a warm hospitality culture.
• Coach and support cross-training as the business grows.
• Open/close the restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure cleanliness standards are followed.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.
• Support deployment practices on your scheduled shift to ensure heightened service levels.
