Circle K Stores Inc. on Jekyll Island, GA seeks a RESTORAGE ASSISTANT MANAGER to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team during shifts.

The RAM enhances guest service, coaches staff, and ensures brand standards, safety, and accuracy in cash and inventory while collaborating with the RM. Responsibilities include supervising team members, conducting interviews, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment performing housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up for completion
• Directs team and ensures food items meet brand, company, and health standards
• Coaches on food prep and production management
• Ensures accurate cash, sales, and inventory records during shifts
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork; reports discrepancies
• In RM absence, completes daily, weekly and period paperwork, counts, and other duties
• Guarantees a safe environment by following laws and safety codes
• Performs additional duties as required; supports management goals
• Drives financial and operational metrics toward profitability
