Responsibilities

• Directs a restaurant shift and coordinates team members to ensure standards and guest satisfaction.
• Directs food preparation and service to meet Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Maintains cleanliness and completes housekeeping duties; assigns duties and follows up.
• Ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end-of-shift paperwork.
• Reports any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintains a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes.
• Completes incident reports according to the 5-minute rule policy.
