Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Burger King in Chicago. You will lead a fast-paced team, develop servant leaders, and ensure memorable guest experiences while balancing financial goals.

You will train new hires, manage scheduling, coach staff, and monitor service speed and quality. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing franchise and a path to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operational standards are met.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers and cash handling.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding processes.
