Job summary

Burger King in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will train, motivate, and coach staff, ensure QSC standards, and help manage scheduling and costs.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, operational excellence, and proactive guest service. You will partner with the GM to implement plans and mentor talent for future growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) is met.
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory and costs to optimize orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding for new team members.
