Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location. You will lead and develop the team, ensure outstanding guest service, and manage daily operations to maintain quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift-level challenges.
