Requirements / Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume fast‑paced restaurant.
• Offering the team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
• Providing an immediate and respectful response to guests’ needs.
• Assisting in the training of new hires, setting the tone for a shift, and acting as a role model for the team.
• Being a friendly encouraging team player.
• Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and acting as a key holder.
• Counting drawers and finalizing the day’s financials.
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
