Requirements / Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume fast‑paced restaurant.
• Offering the team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
• Providing immediate respectful response to guests’ needs.
• Assisting in training of new hires, setting the tone for a shift, acting as a role model for our team.
• Being a friendly encouraging team player.
• Opening and/or closing and leading shifts, key holder.
• Counting drawers and finalizing day.
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
