Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to guide daily operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience on the restaurant floor.

This role emphasizes leadership, training of new hires, opening/closing shifts, and maintaining high service standards. Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is helpful; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Participating in day-to-day operations in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
• Encouraging the team to stay true to service goals.
• Responding promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Training new hires and setting the shift tone as a role model.
• Being a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Opening and/or closing shifts, leading shifts, key holder responsibilities.
• Counting drawers and finalizing the day.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

• Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
